About
I'm Ollie Pointon, a singer-songwriter based in Hawke's Bay. I write guitar-led songs of my own, alongside the covers that got me started in the first place.
Hawke's Bay is home — Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and everywhere in between. It's where I learned to play in front of people. But I'll play anywhere: if there's a gig going, wherever it is, I'd love to be there.
Most of the music lives on Instagram and TikTok for now: videos filmed at home, works in progress, and songs that aren't quite finished yet. Proper recordings are coming.
And I'm always available for gigs. Always. A full set, a support slot, a couple of songs at an open mic, or just something in the background while people eat and talk — if there's a room and an audience, I'm interested. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Always up for a gig
Hawke's Bay is home base, but I'll travel for a gig anywhere. Bars, wineries, cafes, weddings, private parties, support slots, open mics — the answer is almost always yes. Tell me the date and the place and I'll make it work.
